POS LAJU COURIER

In general, Poslaju's customers can be categorised into two groups.

* On Demand - Referring to walk-in customers, this service is available at our Telco & Post
* Contract - This refers to customers who have signed contracts with us which includes a door-to-door service from pick-up to delivery

Domestic Poslaju Service

* Delivery standard of next working day for areas covered by Poslaju Centres
* Delivery standard of additional one or two days for areas covered by Post Offices delivery
* Weight limit of 30 kg for items posted at Telco & Post counter
* Items exceeding 30 kg are acceptable at Poslaju Centres

Pos Ekspress
* Guaranteed same day delivery
* Choice of:
o Local Town Delivery: Document posted to be delivered within the same town
o Cross-Town Delivery: Document posted to be delivered across towns
* Full refund of SDD surcharge in the event of service failure
* Compensation for damage, loss and violation of documents will be made according to Poslaju terms and conditions


On-Demand Pick-Up

* Pick-up service from customer's premise
* Payment by cash upon pick-up
* Charges comprising of Poslaju published rates and pick-up charge of RM 2 per pick-up
* Maximum weight is 30 kg
